This new pathway has ambitious plans to develop into a dedicated space for therapists, coaches, educators, charities, support professionals and community leaders.
It will connect people who want to bring greater Emotional Awareness into their existing work, while creating trusted pathways to resources, training and collaborative support across the Hidden Path ecosystem.
Practitioner resources and development opportunities are on the way.
Kay is planning a four-day training programme, with the intention of gaining CPD approval. Professionals who complete the training will learn how to use Kay’s Emotional Awareness Framework alongside their existing skills, qualifications and professional practice.
The future model is expected to include a small annual licence fee, enabling trained professionals to receive ongoing recognition, remain connected to the framework and provide specialist collaborative services within the Hidden Path ecosystem.
If you would like to begin exploring the Emotional Cycle Diagram as a gateway to using Emotional Awareness with clients, join Kay at the next Emotional Cycle Decoded workshop.

From 2027 onwards, Kay plans to develop a directory of trained practitioners using the Emotional Awareness Framework within their work.
The directory will help visitors find professionals who understand the framework described in Brain Unchained and can use it as a licensed approach alongside their existing professional services and therapeutic or support models.
This will create greater consistency for people encountering Emotional Awareness across work, home and life—whether they are seeking support for employees, clients, families, friends or themselves.

Many therapists, practitioners, coaches and community leaders hold years of valuable knowledge that deserves to reach a wider audience.
Publishing packages can be expensive, while navigating self-publishing alone can feel overwhelming. Book Mentoring offers a practical alternative, helping you shape, structure and self-publish your own book while retaining your knowledge, voice and ownership.
