Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital content is non-refundable once accessed, where you have consented to immediate access.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and waive your 14-day cooling-off right once access begins.
Mentoring Sessions
All mentoring is delivered under a separate Mentoring Agreement, which must be accepted prior to booking.
Payment
- All sessions must be paid in advance
- All products shall be paid according to these terms & conditions
- Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or agreed in writing
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Provider Cancellation
If Kay Reeve is unable to attend:
- Session will be rescheduled at no additional cost
Inner State Self-Development Circle
The Inner State Development Circle (also referred to as “Inner State Group”) is a structured group mentoring & Training environment.
Commitment & Payment
- Participation requires a minimum commitment period of 3, 6, or 9 months
- Payment plans are available across these durations
- All fees are non-refundable, as they secure your place within a limited-capacity group
Failure to attend does not remove the payment obligation.
Attendance & Non-Attendance
- Missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable
- A temporary pause (“sabbatical”) may be considered:
- Minimum 48 hours’ notice required
- Subject to mentor approval
- Not guaranteed
Nature of the Space (Zoom & Live Sessions)
This group operates as a professionally facilitated safe space.
This means:
- Safety to Speak
Participants are encouraged to share openly within appropriate personal boundaries.
- Responsibility to the Space
All participants agree to:
- Listen without interruption or judgement
- Respect differing perspectives
- Be mindful that shared experiences may be emotionally activating
It is acknowledged that:
- Content shared within sessions may have emotional impact
- Once shared, information cannot be “unheard”
- Each participant remains responsible for their own emotional wellbeing
Confidentiality
- Participants must not disclose personal information shared by others
- Group confidentiality is expected, but cannot be absolutely guaranteed
Conduct
The following will not be tolerated:
- Disruptive behaviour
- Harmful, abusive, or dismissive communication
- Breach of confidentiality
Participation may be withdrawn without refund if conduct breaches the integrity of the group.
Vouchers & Codes
- Must be used in full at time of purchase
- Non-refundable unless required by law
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
The recipient is responsible for account creation and redemption.
Social and Sharing
You may share content from kayreeve.co.uk under the following conditions:
- Proper attribution must be given
- No misrepresentation of content
- Clips must not exceed 30 seconds
- Shared content must include your own commentary or overlay (20–30%)
Unacceptable behaviour (including abuse, hate speech, or harassment) will result in removal and potential reporting.
