Leadership Think-Tank Mini Challenges

FREE 4-week taster series with Kay Reeve and Andrew James Crawford

Leadership decisions rarely happen with
  • perfect information
  • unlimited time
  • or one obvious answer

Under pressure, hidden assumptions, communication gaps and competing priorities can quietly affect people, productivity and profit - often before the true impact becomes visible.

The Leadership Think-Tank Learning Event  is a live, interactive experience for leaders and managers responsible for people, performance and sustainable growth.

Through realistic and fictional business challenges, you get to discover how you truly think, decide, communicate and respond when there is no simple yes or no answer.

You will uncover strengths, what you may overlook, and what changes when different leadership perspectives are brought together.

This is not a passive webinar. It is an opportunity to experience your leadership thinking in action through carefully chosen training objectives.

It is particularly valuable if you are navigating growth, developing other leaders, experiencing recurring team friction or questioning why apparently sound decisions do not always produce the expected result.

Why this event is different

Most leadership development separates commercial performance from the emotional and human dynamics of the workplace.

This event brings them together:

  • Emotional Awareness Expert and Leadership Trainer Kay Reeve Plus
  • Tax Advisor and Business Growth Strategist Andrew James Crawford

The day combines two different but connected perspectives:

  • How people think, react, communicate and make decisions under pressure (Kay)
  • Ways that businesses make, retain and lose money (Andrew)

Together, these perspectives help reveal the less visible leadership factors that influence sustainable growth.

Mission Statement

My mission is to make Emotional Awareness a practical foundation for how we learn, lead, live and support one another.

Through visual frameworks, books, courses, workshops, training and mentoring: I help individuals, leaders, families and practitioners look beneath behaviour, understand emotional and neurodiverse experiences, and respond with greater clarity, empathy and accountability.

By strengthening understanding across workplaces, homes and communities, I aim to create cultures where people feel safer to learn, grow and trust, with one shared emotional language.

Understanding creates trust with Hidden Path Leadership
