Leadership Think-Tank Event

What leadership decisions are you unintentionally overlooking?

How can human emotions impact people, processes, documents, finances, technology, systems, and more?

Under pressure, hidden assumptions, communication gaps and competing priorities can quietly affect people, productivity and profit - often before the true impact becomes visible.

The Leadership Think-Tank Learning Event is a live, interactive training day for leaders and managers responsible for people, performance and sustainable growth.

Through realistic and fictional business exercises and team challenges, you will examine how you think, decide, communicate and respond when there is no simple yes or no answer.

You will uncover strengths, what you may overlook, and what changes when different leadership perspectives are brought together.

This is not a passive webinar. It is an opportunity to experience your leadership thinking in action, through carefully chosen training objectives.

Who is this for?

This event is designed for:

  • Senior leaders, managers and supervisors
  • Business owners and operational decision-makers
  • Project, contract, site and plant managers
  • HR, learning and people-development professionals
  • Leaders responsible for teams, change, performance or growth

It is particularly valuable if you are navigating growth, developing other leaders, experiencing recurring team friction or questioning why apparently sound decisions do not always produce the expected result.

Why this event is different

Most leadership development separates commercial performance from the emotional and human dynamics of the workplace.

This event brings them together.

Led by Emotional Awareness Expert Kay Reeve and Business Growth Strategist Andrew James Crawford, the day combines two different but connected perspectives:

  • How businesses make, retain and lose money
  • How people think, react, communicate and make decisions under pressure

Together, these perspectives help reveal the less visible leadership factors that influence sustainable growth.

How the day works

You will work with other leaders in small breakout groups, tackle fictional business scenarios, test ideas and compare different approaches.

The challenges are designed to reveal how teams:

  • Interpret limited information
  • Make assumptions
  • Establish priorities
  • Communicate under pressure
  • Share or retain responsibility
  • Respond when a new perspective changes the situation

There is no blame or shame, and nobody is expected to arrive with all the answers.

The purpose is to make leadership patterns visible so that you can learn from them.

Kay Reeve - Emotional Awareness Expert and Leadership Trainer

During the event, you will explore:

  • The HPL6 Growth Model and the realities of rapid expansion
  • How hidden assumptions influence decisions and outcomes
  • Reinvestment, operational pressure, risk and reward
  • Connections between emotions and financial performance
  • Systems, delegation, and scalable leadership
  • Where profit and loss occur beyond the balance sheet

Mission Statement

My mission is to make Emotional Awareness a practical foundation for how we learn, lead, live and support one another.

Through visual frameworks, books, courses, workshops, training and mentoring: I help individuals, leaders, families and practitioners look beneath behaviour, understand emotional and neurodiverse experiences, and respond with greater clarity, empathy and accountability.

By strengthening understanding across workplaces, homes and communities, I aim to create cultures where people feel safer to learn, grow and trust, with one shared emotional language.

Understanding creates trust with Hidden Path Leadership
