A woman is hoping her new book detailing how she has dealt with her son's teen depression will be a ‘triumph out of trauma’ and give hope to other parents.

Kay Reeve from Fakenham has released her book Brain Unchained hoping to help parents with teenagers suffering teen depression. She talks about raising emotional awareness in teenagers and young adults.

Through my books, courses, mentoring and training, I will support adults, teachers, managers leaders, to teach teens and young adults how to thrive in today's complex world, through emotional learning.

With many neurodivergent individuals being VISUAL learners, my strategy is fully inclusive of ASD, ADD, ADHD, Non-Verbal, and more.  Everyone deserves to feel in control of their own emotions.
